• To validate a claim, we require a video of the unboxing that clearly shows the defect or issue. This video is essential for us to verify the claim and proceed with the refund or exchange process.

Return Shipping

• If your quality claim is approved, MERZO will assume full responsibility for the return shipping costs.
• Upon receipt and verification of the claim, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or exchange the product for another item of equal value.

Refund Processing

Exchange Option

• If you prefer, you can choose to exchange the defective item for another product of the same value. Details of the exchange process will be provided once your claim is approved.
